Concept

The brand inspiration of Mayalit LITGHT came from the ancient and mysterious Mayan civilization. The Maya people created a gorgeous culture based on the worship of Helios. Indeed, the culture continues and is developed by intergenerational succession. Significantly, the museum is one of the most important carriers of cultural inheritance. It’s necessary to be equipped with an excellent light environment, to make modern people have the best visiting experience and feel the historical context and development of culture.

Mayalit LIGHT and Sichuan Fine Arts Institute established the Lighting Art Research Institute. Set up a lighting laboratory with the School of Architecture, Tsinghua University. Carried out strategic cooperation at Shanghai University, and set up a scholarship for literature and technology. The Lighting Art Research Institute was founded by Mayalit LIGHT and Sichuan Fine Arts Institute. Together with the Tsinghua University School of Architecture, establish a lighting lab. established a scholarship for literature and technology, and engaged in strategic collaboration at Shanghai University. To assist museums and galleries in improving their lighting environment and promoting light culture, university professor Qiang Liu committed to industry talent training and lighting research. Launched Imix showcase Light series and Ajaw track-mounted spotlights series.

Completed projects: China National Arts and Crafts Museum, Hangzhou branch of the National Archives of Publications and Culture, Liu Bocheng Memorial Hall, Sichuan Museum (special exhibition of cultural relics of six Asia countries) etc.

2021

Launched Pax track-mounted spotlight series.

Participated in activities: 2021 Museum Lighting Training Conference in Shenzhen, the first China Cultural and Museum Development and Innovation Summit, 2021 Promotion of China Museum Poster Design, etc.

2019

Akbal track-mounted spotlight MAL40124T won the Alighting Award for Best Product.

Completed projects: Art Museum of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute (13th National Art Exhibition of oil painting), Anhui Museum, Anhui Provincial Art Museum of China Garden Museum, etc.

2018

CDN testing centre was accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS). 

Completed projects: Yangzhou Museum, Zunyi Art Museum, Luzhou Stone Carving Museum, Liu Shaoqi's Memorial Hall and other cultural exhibition projects.

2017

Ben track light series won the IF Design Award.

Participated in the 2nd China Museum Lighting and Intelligent Technology Summit Forum.

Completed projects: Capital Museum Good China Special Exhibition, Zhihua Temple in Beijing, Inner Mongolia Nature Museum, etc.

2016
