The Sobha S Tower, one of the top 5 luxury real estate investments in Dubai, is constructed by Sobha Realty, the city's top luxury real estate developer, offering a wide range of upscale residential properties across the United Arab Emirates.

Its prime position in Dubai Media City grants residents convenient access to renowned landmarks, including CDN classical project Atlantis The Palm, the world's largest human-made island.

2/3 CDN Lighting Solution

Lighting, which is an integral part of a high-end fit-out, needs a professional scheme that could live up to Sobha's intrinsic promise to guests of a truly unique and sophisticated life experience. As Mr. PNC Menon, the founder and chairman of Sobha, says “Let the drive for perfection start from within”. 

Bedroom

Bedrooms are dominated by Morandi colors. The decor benefits from the triac dimming characteristics of B series LED strips, which add highlights to spaces. High-quality Las Vegas downlights are selected with Ra≥95 to display the true color of the illuminated objects, with natural light as the fundamental role through large windows, bringing elegance to bedrooms.

Living Room
CDN uses ML2.0S magnetic linear system flood light that creates a uniform effect. ML2.0S magnetic linear system spotlights are adopted to create accent lighting where needed. Follow the clean and minimal lines of the interior, as linear and spotlight solutions work in tandem, together providing a high-performance solution.
